Adult and pediatric CPR/AED training

The Core Objective

The goal of this training is to prepare individuals to act during cardiac or respiratory emergencies. By learning to perform high-quality chest compressions and operate an AED, you significantly increase a victim’s chances of survival before professional medical help arrives.

What You Will Learn

• Age-Specific Techniques: You will learn the physiological differences in treating adults, children, and infants, specifically regarding compression depth and the importance of rescue breaths.
• AED Operation: You will gain confidence in using an Automated External Defibrillator, which provides automated voice instructions to guide you through the process of delivering a life-saving shock.
• Emergency Response: You will be trained to recognize cardiac arrest, perform the Heimlich maneuver for choking, and follow the “Chain of Survival” protocol.
